Anyone have a stock air intake for a 2014 v6 laying around? I’m tired of this K&N that the previous owner installed.

If anyone sees my Taco, it will be apparent if you see the hood.

What's the significance of the poppy? I notice the one in your pic has a ribbon.

I am a botanist and studied the California poppy (Eschscholzia), so CalPoppy became a username online. So the poppy represents that.
The orange ribbon is for leukemia, for which I had a bone marrow transplant this last February (currently in remission and just about to 6 month post transplant). I made a little logo of the poppy and then put the orange ribbon over. My sister had the big ass magnet made for my truck, which is awesome.

Neat, except for the leukemia part. Glad to hear you're doing well post transplant, cancer fucking sucks. I've wanted to sign up for the donor registry before but sadly they won't take me due to autoimmune BS.

I am happy to hear that you are remission. Keep us updated with your progress.

Leukemia has taken its toll on my family through the generations. So it pleases me to hear stories of conquering ones battles with it.

    Thanks to all of you.
I really want to get out with some people and wheeling, and I should be able to soon. I just go from feeling alright to feeling like shit from week to week, so it’s been difficult for me to commit to anything. And my Tacoma is not quite ready for what I want, as I only have my sliders on so far. But I ordered the trilogy of skids from BAMF almost 5 weeks ago so those have to be ready soon. Then I’ll feel a little more comfy when hitting some rougher stuff. Not afraid of difficult terrain, but don’t want to tear up the new truck, either.
I also plan to start attending some mod days, even if I don’t have anything to do quite yet, myself. I’d like to learn some things, and figure that’d be a good way to start to get to knowing people a bit better. I went down and helped Jerry paint the BAMF office last month, even though I could hardly stand for very long (got horrible nerve damage and subsequent muscle fatigue in my feet from the chemo). But I think I was useful and we got at least a coat on the main three rooms in the office, so I guess it was a little helpful. And the plus is that Jerry showed me around the new digs, so I look forward to picking up my skids when they’re ready and seeing how it’s progressed.
Anyway, TL;DR: Look forward to meeting some people in real life. Enjoying the interactions here.

I’ve only been active with this group about a year and a half and everyone I’ve met so far has been great. My dog isn’t so sure about them, but she doesn’t like anyone.
