I reached all my goals of the competition. I placed in the top 50, had a fast time during a tire flip workout that I wanted to be at and also wanted to win that heat, which I did.

My body was sore and beat up, but so worth it and ready to get rolling for the sectionals!

I think you are well on your way to do great at sectionals. I'm going to have to hit it a good four times a week till then just to not make a fool out of myself.

thats awesome. just did some gymnastics training after our wod yesterday. pretty fun. after you wrm up with the coaches they pretty much let you have run f the place. we set up pads and boxes and were just running around learning new parkour moves and just flipping around. something different to shock the body and just have fun and smile while your beating the crap outta yourself.

So I was only able to get 181 reposing fight gone bad today. Mind You I have a stress fracture of my tin fib right below my knee so I was not able to for box jumps very long jumping and landing left legged only lasted the first round really. I willdo it as soon as I'm healthy and in sure my numbers will be much higher it was for a great cause today so I had to give it the old college try.

Bet you don't.. I'm willing to put good money on it. :) and with a healthy leg I bet I would be able to get at least 260. The box jump is such a key score point but I couldent do it well as much as I wanted to.

If you would have just gotten me a job during the day like you were suppose to, then I could have taken your good money.

I went down to watch my mom compete, which at 49 she got 178, and then one of the teams needed another person so of course I got talked into it. Sucks because I havent done crossfit regularly like the last fight gone bad I did so it sucked, I only got 281 this time, kind of disappointing because I think I got 310 last time.

Been doing CrossFit for about a week now. It is by far the greatest and most fulfilling workout i have ever done. I'm completely addicted now. Also started Paleo around the same time. Great combo.
