    I think the style is the same. I hear a lot of similarities. Danny loves these higher pitched drum melodies and that style groove. Watch some older interviews, within the last 13 years and you will see how he talks about it. I like the song as a whole, Maynard's chant towards the middle is a little weird. But no more then ticks and leaches lyrics. Danny and Adam have spoken often about doing albums that are designed to be played at once and not as separate songs. Like a long story. I'm going to wait for the entire album to decide. I would like to know why they didn't release Descending or Invincible since they have been playing them at shows. Are they on the album? Or are they possibly playing games like they did before Lateralus and released the phony album name and track names to fuck with us.

    I wouldn't hold my breath, as much as they like to do fancy cases I'm not sure I would believe it until I see it. They would be very disappointed if they aren't trolling fans somehow.

    I can't believe there is finally new Tool music out. Tool is basically my all time favorite band. I can't believe its been 13 friggin years since the last album. Pumped for the new album!

    It might as well have been. If I had known it was going to be so long between albums, I would have made an effort to appreciate 10,000 days a lot more when it first came out.

    I am now completely satisfied. My stereo was worth all the time and money I put into it. This song deserves a great stereo. Headphones just don't cut it.

    One band to rule them all.
    Saw the interview on Rogan's show and did the preorder the next day. How awesome. The preorder was no longer available on slamazon the day after I ordered. I have most of their unique CD packages. I don't think they are trolling. They know we'll buy what they put out.

    Curious why two sets of Saluval. I've got one and the DVD came jacked up. I remember reading about others having the same problem.
