Damn your truck is immaculate. So clean. Seriously. And scratch free. Not a piece of dirt or scratch or fleck of rust. Bananas. How? Why? My truck gets dirty like a block from where I wash it.

I really like how the rock light sits against the rack low profile. I’m gonna install some rigid rocks for some camp lights around the rack later as well. I’ll share some pics of my install when I get it done!

Well, it took more hours than I care to admit, steering wheel controls from a Highlander, a clockspring from a Prius, hooked up to my FJ cruiser stereo through the aux wiring I pulled from a Yaris, and untold testicular fortitude to cut into the airbag cover, but I finally don't have to reach half way across the truck to change the radio station any more.
    IMG_20190808_041723870.jpg
For some reason, I couldn't get the illumination to work, though. I suspect it's because I swapped out the pea green LEDs with white ones and maybe the voltage drop is too much now.

I wish I could have gotten a matching airbag cover so I didn't have to cut mine, but when I tried to buy it from the Highlander, they said they weren't allowed to sell airbags.

You might need to swap polarity. For the summer to work on my added switches in the 13 I actually hook the negative to the power and the positive to ground

Thanks, I forgot about that. I had the same thing happen when I tapped my dimmer switch for my switches. It took me the longest time to figure out why it ran opposite the dimmer.

I guess o need to check that, then.

I had a 2006 extended cab Sport in the past and loved it, but I need full size seats. I'm willing to sacrifice a little bed space.

IMHO you can’t go wrong with either one—-OR or Sport. I really tried to like the 2019 TRD OR, but disliked the new engine and tranny. I went on long test drives with DW, and we both disliked the ride. She kept asking me about the tranny saying there’s something wrong with it. This was coming from her, not me. Couldn’t go with standard cause she can’t drive it. I don’t buy a vehicle because of a radio. Too many things things we disliked about the 2019—mostly the drivetrain. Having owned a 2005 TRD OR, I decided to look for a well taken care of 2015. They are hard to find, especially with low miles. I found one back in Feb in SLC, UT certified lease return from a female college student in mint condition. Being out of state, I put down a deposit right away. Negotiated a good price, drove down there A.S.A.P. With check in hand. Someone was trying to buy it out from under me while I was there offering more money. Best decision I made was getting the 2015 over the 2019. I also really needed the low end torque because I tow here in the Rockies. Good luck finding what you are looking for.
