    No,
The guy that made my radiator did a fantastic job and made it in under 5 days.

But I’m not going to promote him because he gave me a quote for the job and when it was finished
    the price was 230.00 more.
Also he put the radiator cap section in the center instead of to the left side and because of that it hit the hood so I had to send it back and have the center section lowered so now the cap
is lower than the top of the radiator and is a pain to try and fill and have no air bubbles in the system.
I have to fill it from the heater hose with a T fitting.

Overall I’m very happy tho, the radiator is built like a tank at 35 pounds of aluminum compared to the Champion at 15 pounds, stock at 10 pounds and my temperatures are running
at 184-186 degrees with outside temperatures at 80 degrees yesterday.

I've seen the cap issue happen with Mishomoto radiators on other cars.

Roast me guys, the mounting panel is two inches too wide, the top is two inches too short. I still like it old school. Sprucing up the 2003 to go for another 107K miles.

I just replaced the whole shaft, but I have a "rust truck" that got a new frame it was so bad. The shaft assembly is slightly expensive, but I'm not sure what your operating budget is. Took me about 45 minutes to do the swap. 14mm bolts all around torqued to 51 ft. lbs.

Either way, shaft or bearing alone you can do the job yourself fairly quick. More than likely it is the bearing causing the vibration. Mine was doing the same thing at different RPM's.

Changed oil/filter, lubed drive shaft, and rotated tires. After finding cv boot is busted. At least it’s parts store lifetime warranty, just hate changing them :annoyed:

your noise would sound like its coming in behind the glove box area?
the worst was a huge vibe under my feet when I took the RPMs way past 3k in 4th gear on the smoothest re-paved section of the freeway to isolate all the bad pavement noises
the weirdest deal is that the operation of the A/C enhances the vibrations a HUGE and noticeable amount
