[SOLD] 2014 Entune with bluetooth and maps - please read description!

I took this unit off my 2014, it is the version that has everything, including maps, navigation, Bluetooth, etc...

Note: I replaced this because I attempted to do the latest update and the unit continuously restarts while the truck is running. It will boot to the main screen and then restart almost immediately, over and over again. I couldn't find a fix and didn't want to deal with the dealer, so I replaced it.

Just wanting to see if anyone is interested. Local pickup or shipping paid by buyer is fine.

I'm not sure how to price this at all, so let's say $150 OBO. If someone knows how to fix it, it works fine otherwise and will be a good unit.

 

are these plug and play with the 2012's that just had the basic unit without a screen? I mean, besides needing the bezel also?

 

do you know which software for the audio it currently has?
there has been a file uploaded the other day which apparently is a recent one. i updated mine but i already currently had that file.

 

I don't, probably not the most current. I attempted this update about 3 weeks ago. I can't even go into settings to see which version it currently has.

 

I'm not sure, I'll do some digging and try to find out.

 

Doesn’t Entune update itself over the air?

 

It prompted an update, so I said yes and installed it. That's when this started happening, so I'm sure if it can be reverted, it would be fine. The dealer can probably fix it, I just wanted to upgrade. I also attempted to download the latest update to a USB stick and manually do it, but I can't because it just restarts before being able to.

 

damn that’s crazy. can’t even get it to boot up.
prob something messed up with the software or something along those lines. making it basically useless without replacement from dealer which is $$$

 

i installed one in my 2010 no issues just need a few harness’s but it’s all plug and play

 

Yeah, I swapped a base touchscreen for upgraded w/ XM. Everything was plug and play and this looks like it would be as well. Same connectors on the back. If someone can figure out how to do a hard reset this would be a nice buy.

Just to be sure, does it come with the navigation map micro SD card?

Also, it appears to have the XM radio module. Any XM antenna or GPS antenna included?

 

It does have the micro SD card, yes. I'm not sure about the antenna, what you see in the picture is what it is. Everything else was used for my swap.
