    I'm guessing it was probably some idiot that thought they could make a shortcut by going over that median/divider and got stuck.

    Or maybe it was some elderly person that was parked in that spot behind them and put it in Drive instead of reverse when trying to get out

    Maybe they pulled up to far initially and didnt want to peel off the lower bumper valence/ shroud, so just pulled up a tad more.:D

    Wouldnt it be nice to walk to all the dipshit parkers and other vehicular morons and ask for their license, then cut it to pieces right in front of them. Permanent revocation:thumbsup:
