Nah these are special fans. They are so powerful they pull air molecules through the aluminum.

I actually may have to build the shroud a bit bigger. The dimensions of the fan bodies are about an inch larger than advertised... I will be tinkering with it tonight.

 

do you have plans for adding bypass flap openings for freeway speed cruising as @Roostfactor has done? or are you going to test and see what the temp gauge says?

 

looks good man. maybe offer it as a solid unit and cut to fit for custom fan choices. myself I'm kinda hung up on using a factory produced fan out of a Lexus.

 

This one is pretty crude. Once I get it finished and fit up and tested I will probably design a solid piece that is laser cut and press brake formed if it works well.

 

Also installed the URD quick change pulley hub. I know the pulley boys one is the popular but I like the red on the URD and I like to support gadgets business. We’ll see how it holds up.

 

a lot of prototype isn't beautiful. but function is where it's at. I see this being a seller. especially if it comes out easy with a few bolts for ease of engine services.

 

I have the pulley boys set up but also might buy that for the same reasons.

 

Yeah I do like the pulley boys for the extra bolts but this one has the sex appeal for sure.

Red is always faster, it's scientifically proven. If flames are painted on maximum speeds are achievable

This is true.....my red 2.825 pulley feels like it’s a 2.1
