I like that K&N set up. Is there any remapping of ignition needed?

Nice! Now it’s known as OMC - Ord Military Community. They still have housing for rent for service members at Naval Post Graduate School and Defense Language Institute as well as DoD employees and DoD contractors. We’re you stationed there?

Check out my build thread (Beginning of Money Pit)
    I choose 5.29s for a few reasons.

I never hear people complain about 5.29, but i do hear them complain about 488 not being enough. Im going to run 35s, so 5.29 makes more sense with all the armor i have. I also live up a east coast mountain, so I wanted not to worry about having difficulty going up hills.

Yes. Spent a lot of time in PG, less in Monterey proper. Huge Steinbeck fan so tried to see all of his old haunts.

Cool! Lot of history here on the peninsula for sure. We came here in ‘74 when my dad came back from his second tour as a combat medic in Vietnam. He retired here after a few more deployments to the Middle East; namely Saudi Arabia and Tehran Iran - stationed at Sharoke Air Force Base. He was in Tehran in ‘79 when everything went down at the embassy! He retired in ‘80 after he came back home, then worked another 25 years in Civil Service and retired from that. Him and my mom still live here and I spend just about every Saturday hanging out with them and having lunch and what not. Nice place to retire if you can afford it!

Yup you had a clear choice. My problem is with 33s it’s not so cut and dry.

Ordered the Icon sway bar relocation blocks from 4Wheel Parts. I have a loud contact noise if I go over a speed bump too fast (seems like something is making contact with the coils when it’s tops out/or full droop). Figured I would give this a try before replacing the UCA’s. Anyone else experience this? If so were you able resolve it with the relocation blocks or UCA’s? Thanks!
