    Excellent.

What's the height of the vertical arm for the new version? (the arm with the 2 holes?) I can make a cardboard template and go try it out.

(Should I pay for a new one, and then you can refund me the older one when you get it back?)

Gotta say a big THANK YOU for being so responsive, and for making these changes rapidly! My company sure could learn from your methods!

its right around 2" tall. the main floor was moved 1" up. so should work, but lets get you a part that fits perfect first.
please dont pay for anything extra. ship that one to me and we will get you a good one. so let me send you this one, see how it goes, if all seems good, I will cut another one with those other holes for you.

If that one works out, I'll just keep it, as-is, without the holes.

Sorry for the delay in getting back here; work has been more crazy than usual.

I received the new prototype, and the fit is nearly perfect--see for yourself. The circled area shows a small obstruction--though I don't know that further adjustment is necessary.

I test fit mine yesterday and had the same issue with that plug and wire harness...it fits but very tight. I'm going to end up making a notch in that area, not like it's usable space anyway.

I also went ahead and bent the piece that mounts with the two bolts a little bit. The angle is more of around 120* and not 90*. It just made the tray fit a bit more flush.

looks good. remember this was a prototype. So i think i will make a notch in the next V2.
    Sweet.
when you notch it, can you take a pic and some measurements for me? would love to make v2 perfect. also the angle, is it not bent enough, or needs to go more?

Yeah, I'll send you pics and a measurement of the angle...needs to be more obtuse.

Is this available? If not.. are you still making these @paranoid56 ? I don’t have the Bussmann or the blue sea fuse circuit box and I also have the 100amp Bussmann square circuit breaker for my setup. This is the only reason I haven’t opted to buy one of these yet. I need a solid non pre drilled one for a 3rd gen trd sport 4x4

About to start my winter projects that include a fuse/relay block. Would really be interested in one for a non-CC if you have them @paranoid56

yes, making them as people order. seem to be going well for users.

I do make the blank panel so you can mount anything you want.
Currently i have them for the one i show. any others i would need a test subject to help make one.
sorry, currently just the one i show. if somebody wants to make a template for me, i can cut one up for them.

I'm all about it. Do you just want me to get some cardboard to mock it up and then give measurements?
