    I have the icon sway bar relocate blocks too. I don’t have that sound but a few other mystery sounds.
    Can you see any wear spots on the coils? Or anywhere else?

    Nothing really noticeable but it definitely looks like a possibility. Haven’t heard the noise in a while due to the fact I’ve been very diligent in avoiding it by slowing down over speed bumps and other obstacles.

    Put in my overhead switch panel... now I just need to figure out what to put up there.
    Im planning on a grill light, rear bumper light(single work light in bumper), but not sure what to do with the other 2 switch locations... maybe ditch lights? rear hazard light? I dont do much off roading so im more of a mall crawler, but I do travel farm roads a fair amount and its coming up on deer season and they start running across the roads alot.

    Hey man let us know if this solves the problem with the contact noise you’re getting. I hate chasing down weird suspension sounds lol!
    That sway bar is awfully close to your springs. Definitely a possibility.

    The coils were mistakenly set on the highest notch of the 5100s initially. I rode around with that setup for about 2 weeks. It was very stiff and I was regretting the lift. Then I had the 3-leaf aal installed in the back and there was a drastic improvement in ride quality. After another 2 weeks I had the oils set to the bottom notch of the struts and it was another drastic improvement in ride quality. It is comparable to stock but better. I'm very happy with this setup. I gained about 1-1/2" overall.
