    I'm going for the record for longest install on these lights. The dome - popped the cover off, took out OEM bulb, plugged in the ultimate, saw the bright red lights flash a few quick times, and nothing, can't figure out why. The maps - someone had to have super glued the OEM bulbs in, tried the tape strat, lightly tried plyers, not budging, not even a hint of wanting to come loose. :annoyed: Don't they just pull straight out? This stuff is incredibly simple but having a hell of a time.:annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:

    For the maps; did you pull the OH console down? Twist the small black twist things(technical term) and the bulb assembly comes out. I pulled my bulls the hard way, with console still in the roof.

    Got the maps in, thanks @savin yours and @PapaRee for the advice! Really was so much easier taking the whole console down. :thumbsup:

    Now trying to get the dome working. Tried reversing plug and making sure the wires were matched up. Still nothing. Earlier when I first plugged it in the red lights flashed a few times, then nothing. Fuse maybe? Is it even possible to blow a fuse putting this in?

    Is the battery thing that is like a spring that sits in the dome, fitted properly? Like positive and negative. I see you said reversing the plug but not sure whatchu mean by that.
