    Yup mine was the same way. Prongs are good it’s the light is too big for the overall plastic socket. I turned my LED more vertical and installed it and it fits

    I’ll try to take a better picture tomorrow but there’s a solid quarter inch of overlap I’d say. Do you think it’s possible I got the wrong size bulb?

    Ehh mine was pretty big too. Once I put it in with the bulb platform vertical it doesn’t have much room to spin either way. I was a little disappointed since the light isn’t pointing down but it’s so bright I haven’t had many issues.

    I can grab a picture of mine if you need
