    Not that the BDE EO rep cant see the stats (I don’t know if he/she can or can’t), the print outs the CoC get are basically like a notepad doc. Small print with the question and then multiple answers below without any other info.

    The more concerning part is that the commander picks the questions that are asked. Some are across the board but then you pick a few additional questions. Simply avoid the ones you know are a problem within the unit. At least that’s the Army system.

    I miss the days when I thought the BC and CSM were well experienced and knowledgeable. Sent up some NCOERs for review to the CSM, he sent one back with the correction to change took to “tooked.” :rofl:

    In the ‘90s we still had SrNCOs that couldn’t read. Draftees that loved Uncle Sugar and just filtered to the top. Blew my damn mind when I finally caught on.

    I had one of those. He had more time as a SGT/e5 then I did in the Army when I became his boss. Biggest dirtbag I ever had.
