    I will complete a set of the aftermarket ultimate mirrors with puddles tomorrow to show everyone what they would look like before and after filling the gap with black silicone. They will be just fine for 95% of people especially since you will never even see it. Even with the slight gap you will not find a better looking, functional puddle light than these.

    Not quite. This will be to show everyone that they can use the Meso Puddles on these power folding mirrors with just a little gap that can be easily fixed. Mine are ditch with turn if wanted. No power folding

    Meso puddles on aftermarket mirrors. Actually turned out better than I thought. Black RTV will fill gap and make sure it holds just fine even if clips on this end are a little loose. Just make sure to tape off nice lines and force the rtv down into the gap.

    The seal is super clean. Like OEM finish.
    I think this route is the best way to go @SK808 .

    Just have to take your time. Since it will move. Slide it into the best position to fit all the other contours. Tape it in place along the edges so it wont move. Then take you time taping the edges of the gap right up to the edge. Unless you have pin stripping tape it will take multiple pieces to make the curves. Make sure to get some silicone inside the gap but don't overdo it. Wipe off excess so it's even and when dry it will shrink just a little leaving the slight valley look.

    Be Aware, for those that may be thinking about ordering after market replacement mirrors: you may receive two mirrors but each one may come from a different manufacturer. they will fit But As stated before there can be a difference

    UPDATE:

    Well I have some great news everyone...I have now made the Tacoma Power Folding Mirror Harness 100% Plug-N-Play. You no longer have to tap into anything. I have the last OEM Connector being made into a PNP Harness for us as we speak right now. It is coming off of the Tundra Harness that I am putting together that I just happened to run into on accident.

    I’m thinking of doing what I do for the Tailgate items when I update the system there. I’ll sell the updated items on the side when I can. Given the fact that this can be an add-on piece, I don’t see why not ;)
