He’s not wrong. He also didn’t go on repeatedly about the link and blah blah blah... so not really that big of a deal unless a mod says something. Who, if I remember correctly, are responsible policing threads.

I got mine last year in August and I haven't have time to install it. Been working out of town and my taco is sitting in the garage, along with the 885 springs & 5100 billies preasembled. I don't know much about suspensions, so here is a question. Are the shocks wearing out like if there were installed in the truck or are they considered new?

If you have an autozone nearby they rent spring compressor kits for free. I’ve done it several times. Just FYI man.
You pay like $50 and when you return the tools they return your money.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
I'm in Ontario Canada, therefore shipping to me is most often an issue. Especially if the parts are heavy. Then there is the exchange rate which is not that favorable currently.

It didn't happen if you don't have pics. Please share your thoughts on selection and any installation issues.

Same ol' kickers most tacoma guys go with. Waiting for tweeters to get to me. Didn't take any install pics because theres 1000 write ups on this setup. No installation problems at all. The speaker "adapters" that Crutchfield sends aren't the best...but you can't expect free to be precise. Just excited to replace those cardboard cones Toyota calls speakers. You figure, we spend roughly $40k on the truck, you might be able to put some decent shit in there

My thoughts exactly about the crap speakers we get in the Tacomas. Thing is, they put the identical crap speakers in the Camrys. The 1st thing I modded for my daughter's 2016 Camry was to replace all the speakers with Infinity. I did the same in my Tacoma the 1st weekend after I bought it. Just wonder why everyone seems to favour Kickers over several other brands???

Right. I’ll probably do Focal eventually. Had them in my last Tacoma and they sounded awesome.
