The kicker CS and DS speakers at Best buy are decent. The only complaint I had with them from my Taco was the tweeters are way too bright and I had to EQ the highs down to avoid cutting my brain with sound

Good to know. I'll try to get some Fosgate 6x9s for the rear for better low end.

I tried one of these baby subs under the front seat on the black 4th gen. With it being so close in the cabin it does a good job and it's hidden out of the way.

Cool.. There's some gangster history in the downtown area. Be sure to get some of the hot mineral water.

Yeah I have all day tomorrow to explore. Gonna hit up that observation tower and the park first. Then hit Downtown and the bathhouses in the afternoon.

Maybe I'm being paranoid but I have more popping sounds coming from my front end than I feel like I did before the tie rod job.....hard to think of how I could have done anything wrong, followed the LowRange video to a T and it's a pretty darn easy job. Torqued the OTRE to 67 ft/lb, used thread locker on the inner...staked the washer, etc. Lower ball joints are new, zero play in them (checked last night).

I think my truck is just doomed to make a shit ton of noise and I need to make peace with it

I don't even know what you mean by popping, never had a popping noise on anything that I can think of

Turning slowly there's a clunk/pop from the front end. Not obnoxious but dull and noticeable. Been going on off/on for a long time, since before the front end work I've done. Probably the LCA bushings since they make pretty much every other noise already

tie rods are new, lbjs are new, no sway bar....all the immediate culprits are either new or removed

Haven't checked them in awhile but last I checked they had some play at the diff but nothing outside of normal I don't think.

On the plus side my steering feels much tighter which is good. I'm glad I decided to do the inners as well because those suckers were as loose as my 2nd high school gf...especially the passenger side one, it flopped around like crazy. No play at all in the new outers, the old ones I could twist up and down with my hand.
