    well have you tested the actuator for the t case with power? check that on the bench first. then if it works put it back on the truck. see if the t case will shift into 4wd. it may not want to without the front actuator plugged in mind you

    but the actuator is off or on right now and plugged in? if the front diff is engaged and the case is not, then you likely need a case
