So I got my billys on last night set at 1.75 and my rear tsb is getting done tommorrow. While it is there they are putting my 265/75/16 duratracs on. After rolling the tires in front of the truck I was leaning towards white letters out, now having second thoughts. Truck is speedway blue. The tires are going on the stock steelies which I may be painting black... so white letters in or out?

Since you are asking for opinions, i think white letters out only on white and black trucks, but hey, you should do whatever makes you happy

Installing white letter tires w/ the white letters in is strange IMO...

An old trick my dad showed me to clean white letters: use brillo pads. Actually, if you hit your entire sidewall with the brillo pad you'll be surprised how much dirt comes off when you finally rinse it. Then, hit your tire with the spray foam/Armor All/etc. (if you're primarily on the street), and they will look like a professional detailer did his magic.
