I got an OEM Tacoma tonneau cover for sale if anybody is interested. $350 and located in Houston, TX. Still very good condition.

 

Will these fit 2nd gens?

 

I honestly don't know. I don't have a 2nd gen or knows anybody with a 2nd gen to see if it fits or not. Sorry buddy.

I love V-8 swapped S-10s. I was a fan of the S-10 and i was on the old forum back in 1999-2001. I always wanted to do the swap on my truck, but sold it and got a 2.8 blazer and tricked out the V-6 with summit goodies to spank other V6s and ricers lol

I have one that needs the timing to be done. And one with a locked up motor. But I know of a junk yard that should have on617 motors

 

I have a third one that runs. But I'm keeping it

 

People didn't use to build the 4.3 back in the day, unless it was a weirdo with a badass Astro AWD or a dude with Syclone components. I used to entertain swapping in the old dirt racing scat 4-bangers that were chopped off 350s. I used to catch crap for my first year 4x4 blazer, so I built it to mess with the guys running stock V6s and 305s and of course the Honda's (it was right around the time the first Fast and Furious came out)

 

Oh yeah. That would have been a dream for me as a poor teenager, but it's got a supercharged 383 now
