    Few solid brews tonight from Homage and then the last one was green cheek. The first one from homage was a fantastic hazy. Been awhile since I've been here, solid little spot. The glass on the left of the second pic was a watermelon saison and it was great.

    Checked out a new brewery with a buddy last night. Always heard their food was great and beer was really good, and it didn’t upset. Real small spot outside of Pittsburgh called Four Points.

    Yesterday afternoon, after spending the day - again - building yet more cabinets. I am one with my table saw, Young Jedi....

    Smuggled these back from Estonia a couple weeks back. For such a little country - population of 1.3 million - they have an amazing assortment of beers and breweries...and lots of craft beers...

    These are two of the nicest beers I have ever had...the Ruby was a tiny bit sweet, with a full body, just a hint of autumn spices. The Porter was also a bit sweet, like a smooth, high end mocha...

    Neither of these are considered 'craft'...they would be the equivalent to a Molson or Bud here; Saku and A.LeCoq are both large volume producers. The craft beers are even better...

    I made it up to Burial Friday but I was too late to get any bottles. I did get to try the Feeling Alright stout on draft and it was amazing. Couldn’t tell it was 15%. Then I spent the weekend camping with some buddies from WV and tried a couple brews from up there but nothing fantastic. I got home today and saw that Southern Tier was having a release of Pumking and Warlock. Made a trip over to Charlotte and got a pour of Pumking and a couple things to go. Wish I had more pictures from the weekend but I got kind of caught up in it all and forgot.
