What is the small flat bracket used for? Came in the box with the reinforcement brackets.

Seriously. This Mitchell guy is awesome! I second the RAISE. Best CSRep ever. Period. Through this whole process that guys been really good to deal with. While some of the issues may have been CS comms related - this guy has been as pleasant as could be and that matters.

Still waiting on my roof rack. I was told their laser went down.

 

It's the "washer" for the inside of the frame on that tie-in bracket. Depending on the truck it may not be needed, but my 3rd gen has a big hole there. Just to distribute the force.

 

Laser is up, we are rocking and rolling and shipping stacks of racks on the daily. What is your order number and I will check on it

July 1st. Got an email said my rack should be done this Friday or Monday.

 

I feel everyone's pain. I ordered simple bed stiffeners 32 days ago and nothing yet. At this rate my cap will be here before the stiffeners.
