What did you drive before Tacoma?

A bunch of different cars & 4WD (I'm old).. 4WD was an old Series IIA Land Rover which I had for 42 years, replaced in 2012 with an Xterra, and now the proud owner of my first Tacoma Off-Road...

 

Yah the CVT in the 2014+ wasn’t as much fun either, but I got used to it (mostly). In some ways it’s good I had the CVT because by comparison the taco transmission seems fine n

First car was a 1991 Nissan Skyline GTR I picked up while I was in Japan.


Sold that about two months ago, two days later I had this new 2019 DCSB in cement grey with a 6MT

Then upgraded to the '90 because 5 speed (miss this car every day)



after college gas was around $4.50 in freaking Ohio of all places, so I made a stupid decision and bought this Mini



That lasted about two years. I have had the Toyota for just over 8 now.

I have that one also.. Mineral Gray, red leather, and also was the last car before the Tacoma (and of course I still have it). Only for good roads and good weather here in Santa Fe... I like your taste ...

 

I almost bought a grey one too because they didn't have the red seats in my silver one. Nice car

2012 tundra - 2011 Tacoma . Liked both trucks traded the 2011 with 230,000 miles . Had tundra for 2 years but liked the Tacoma more and traded it for a 17 Tacoma .

2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged. God I miss that supercharged V8 but the piece of mind knowing I wont have a $10k repair bill for minor issues is worth it.
