FS: 3rd Gen Custom Laser Cut Grilles

Hey everyone, been selling these for some time now so I figured I'd offer them up here on TacomaWorld. It was tough to find high-quality made inserts with quality materials, at least ones that are affordable. So here I am! These inserts are all built in-house by me at my shop in Zebulon, NC with 100% American materials. Each insert is CNC laser cut from 12-gauge 5052 marine grade aluminum, powder coated and or paint matched to your choice. The paint is PPG for a perfect color match.

Each grille is completely customizable - text can be changed, lettering/bolt colors, different powder coats, and so on. Standard options for example on the grille below would include the grille powder coated satin black w/ texture, TOYOTA/TACOMA lettering and color matched lettering and bolts. The lettering plate is removable in case you want to switch the colors out.

Each of these are 100% bolt-on without cutting or drilling, like most other 2016+ Tacoma inserts. 304 stainless steel installation hardware is supplied.

Please know that even though we encountered no errors with the new grille itself when driving, that for liability reasons you must agree to either drive with the TSS disabled or get it re-calibrated by your dealership (I know most on TacomaWorld don't bother to do so ). These sensors can be sensitive to changes and when installing this grille you are changing the position of the TSS sensor.

The insert comes with a polycarbonate lens over the sensor cutout for protection, and a matte black vinyl is installed over it as well to help blend into the grille. These start pricing at $324.99.

Lead times are typically 2-3 business days but may be a bit more depending on the current workload - I'll let you know your estimated ship date when ordering. Custom builds will of course take more time than standard grilles. PayPal is the best option for those who like payment protection

***FAQs***

Why don't you use steel?
-The 5052 marine grade aluminum is incredibly strong while coming in at 1/3 the weight of steel. Most importantly, it will NOT rust. On the chance that your grille gets scratched while driving, failure to immediately touch up the powder coat or paint will not result in the grille succumbing to rust. In addition, these grille inserts are being bolted into a plastic grille shell...heavier isn't always better

Do these come with a warranty?
-Lifetime structural and powder coat that covers any manufacturing defects/issues from me. Applies to the original buyer only.

Will the paint match my truck?
-Yes! I use locally sourced PPG paint with the color code to match your Tacoma.

Do you offer LED versions?
-Also yes! Inserts with LED cubes, light bars, light up lettering, etc. are on the way within the next couple of weeks.

Purchased grill yesterday, installed last night. Excellent craftsmanship and easy to install. I would say it would probably be a good idea to have a few different size washers on hand to fit in certain spaces on back. Overall 5 stars.
