Where is your website or the thread by you for your great product? I bought one in 2015 and it is still great... but when I searched for the thread with my photos of your hub being installed by Speed Freek, I could not find it... as if it was all deleted???

I had the same question today after trying to find the old thread to link someone up with some pre assembled hubs. I think after all the kerfuffle on his original thread and the delays some people were complaining about, the thread was deleted. I see too that his former competitor that used to bash him pretty hard disappeared with peoples money after delivering well for years and was banned. What a cluster, too bad since those were the beat sources for assembled hubs.

So does nobody make a pre-built assembly anymore? Mine are starting to make some noise and I was hoping to be able to fix it myself. What happened to both sources? Seems like Bama quit the site or was maybe banned? Hasn't been around since May of last year. Sad.

It means the thread has been removed. See the links I added above.

I/m back on TW after about 10 moths of a hiatus. While I am no longer an official vendor, and my vendor threads are removed, I wanted to let you all know I am back, and while I haven't been on TW, the business has never closed.

Wonderful news! Your left side bearing assembly I bought a few years ago (2015) has been all over Baja California, traveling 15,000 miles in Mexico in 2017 and 2018 and not one bit of noise since we installed it. My worry was that the right side bearing will need replacing and you were not here to order it from! Glad you are back. Do you have a Facebook page for your business or a web site link? The partial link (no .com) is not working and when I try it manually, I get all sorts of security alerts???

Not sure why it was showing any issues. My apologies. You can find me on Facebook under Marion Bumper2Bumper Automotive. As for the website, it should show up as http://www.marionbumper2bumper.com If you are getting a security alert, it does happen occasionally on some systems. However it is secure.

He got perma banned recently for not fulfilling orders. Hope you paid with a CC or paypal. Probably time to start filing a dispute.

I contacted Bill (marionbumper2bumper) to get some feedback on what's going on.

He replied this morning and said orders are being filled and those who couldn't wait are getting refunds. He just had so many orders come in, it overwhelmed him.

On another note, he is appealing his being banned as it was not for orders not being shipped on time but for another reason that he is innocent of, he writes.

I share this because he provides a quality product, at least he did for my Tacoma and many others in past years.

I reached him using messenger on his Facebook page.

I also have bearings from him and, while I agree they are a quality product, he has to do better on the business side. He was warned several times to keep up on orders by the mods here before they pulled his vendor status, which should of been a wake up call, but instead of changing how he operated he continued to fail to deliver product within his own timelines. That is why he was banned and it is the main reason the moderators posted on the banned members thread. This wasn’t the first customer complaint. It was the dozens of warnings the mods have given him that were ignored that finally resulted in his perma.

The other accusations are just that, he wasn’t banned for his criminal record. If the mods wanted to ban him for that they would of done it a year ago when it first came up after he pissed off yet another customer by refusing to supply product within his own timelines. Again, the only reason his name was dragged through the mud back then was because he failed to correct his sloppy management style until someone dug deep enough into his life to find gold. In my humble opinion he has no one to blame for that criminal record becoming common knowledge besides himself.

What’s sad to me is that he didn’t have to do much to fix this at any point up until now. Simply changing his website to only accept orders for what he could keep in stock would of prevented this issue completely. However it’s too late for him now. I can’t speak for the mods but there is no way I can see they let him come back. He had too many second chances without any change.

    Thanks, Sterdog for some feedback.
If his product wasn't so good or so well-priced then he wouldn't have so many orders, right?
Yes, I agree that he could have a lot of success if he made the hub business full-time or hired an employee to at least deal with shipping and emailing.
He said he tried to come here to read the complaints but he was not even able to read the forum... ? Does TW actually have the power to prevent viewing?
He agrees that his poor business situation caused his vendor status to be suspended. However, that you banned him from posting or viewing seems unfair. He sais he wants to make things right and is working every minute he can to produce and ship the back-ordered hubs.
I am just a happy customer from 4 years ago when he did deliver as promised. If my other hub wears out, I want him to still be in business to get another.

I don't have dog in this fight, but this was not the first, second, or third time people have complained about him taking their money and ghosting them. I have to agree with the mods on this one. You can't keep doing that and stay here. He made it right in the past when the Mods stepped in and people starting digging up dirt on him. Same thing this time. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.

It's sad but it is what it is. I have recommended him in the past too

Agree that he had bad business practices. Maybe he should have quit his day job and built this business up? Let's hope it turns out well for all of us.
