If we were to do something probably wouldn't be to hard maybe need 4x4 but could probably get buy with a 2wd if it had some sort of tractions control

hahah yeah I have a 4x4 SR5 6cyl so I think I would be fine, but is it a bad idea going with stock height? I have done a few offroading trails, nothing too extreme but I really dont know how hard i can push my truck since I dont do it much

in comes down to how much you're willing to suck it up and just go for it. you've got a damn nice truck that is extremely capable off-road. i've got the same rig, even without the rear locker we can still trail brake and such. yes you're going to scrape some trees and might take a hit to the rocker panels here and there but hey, it's worth it. to help out you could slap on some sliders for some extra protection

I wish I lived a little closer to the center of CO... 7-9 hours each way is just too much driving for one weekend :(

If anyone would like to split the difference, perhaps meet up closer to Grand Junction, I would certainly make the trek (5 hours from SLC, also 5 from Colorado Springs, 4 from Denver...).
I don't know what there is to be had, trail wise, but just throwing some ideas around. Seems people are a little more down to earth, nearer the Colorado side of the Southwest ;)

Well, I just remembered that its Labor Day weekend, so perhaps 7-9 hours of driving is doable... So, if we can get a few people together, we should do something, wherever that may be... I'm free Saturday-Monday!

    Anyone? Ideas?
