If I could find a place that sells good pepperoni, I'd be all in on doing this.

Love me some bbq pizza! I highly suggest investing in a good pizza stone.

 

I do that on the weber kettle..always a hit. Being doing it over a decade.

 

Appreciate it John. Cant find anything tasty flavored like the higher end pizza places use.

 

I did smoked, teriyaki marinated tenderloins, wrapped in bacon today on mine. Just no pictures as they were for my meal prep for the week.

I love the traeger. Hate the family as I got in way too many fights with them, but great product.

 

I bet corti brothers has some, or even some killer linguica...

 

Haven't looked there for what brand they carry.

 

There's a butcher shop in Esparto that may have something. Or Crachiolos in woodland.

 

Just talk to the guy behind the meat counter. If they dont have it, I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction.

 

Appreciate the locations. Used to have some good German shops in E downtown before the economy fell out. They used to carry all that type of high end meats and sausage.

Tell me about the shop in esparto? I work up that way sometimes. I'll bring a cooler. Now for tri tip, try angelos deli with the cali champagne rub. Tasty. Now buds meats has some good choices also, just pricey.

Girlfriends family has a brick oven in their backyard and it makes some damn good pizza

 

None of the pictures are really new, but you'll get the picture. They've got everything, at least did when I went. Their actual website is blank.

Edit: and if you go around lunch time (can't remember the day) they have burgers for sale for lunch.
