Guess I'm late for the morning hat tip but :hattip:

Up at 5 for a long drive to shoot at a club this morning. Must be last weekend of Sturgis based on the number of bikes headed East on 90. And passed 3 Ford special edition Harley Davidson trucks on a flatbed on the way back home.

Took the 16 ga. pump but lot harder course than the other day and glad I had the side x sides along. Did shoot half of it with the pump today though.

    12 16 20.jpg

Even at half an hour after sunrise still got glare taking a picture :frusty:

Time to warm up leftovers, eat and take a nap.

I never got into the TC thing. But know the thurty thruty still works. Occasionally still use my grandfathers Winchester 94 30-30

I just went through that with my AC of the same age couple of weeks ago. $6,000 later have AC again. It was worth it. Walked into the house few minutes ago and it was 74° and sticky so closed it up and Air is on. Feels better already! Not sure I would even turn it off for at least 6 months of the year in Texas.

I did mostly out of necessity. It was during my break in service, I was working on a ranch. I had a few rifles and '71 Bronco and I couldn't swing the rifles in the cab over the steering wheel for varmints/coyotes/feral dogs. 30-30 was my main rifle and I didn't want a bunch of different rounds rolling around the cab. It's taken out quite a few wild pigs, dogs and coyotes and a rattle snake or 2.

Minnesota has 6 weeks of piss poor sledding :p Officially the coldest State in CONUS. What the hell was I thinking?!

Did a thing tonight with a Wagyu Ribeye. Was worth the price but at $50 a lb. will not be doing it often. Had to try it at least once. Like a moth to a flame...

Squash with Montreal Seasoning and avocado oil. Bacon wrapped asparagus with Pit Faced rub.

Meat and veggies waiting for grill.jpg

    veggies smoking.jpg

Then seared the steak for 3 minutes a side over really hot charcoal. Was perfect.

    Luck be with us tonight.

We were going to the store when I felt the back end sway back and forth. I pulled onto a side street and heard a loud bang.

I was checking for loose lug nuts and when I shook the last tire I found it. The lug nuts were tight so it must be the wheel spacers.

I'm glad I stopped when I did. all six studs were sheared off.

Funny thing is all six nuts are still tight and in place on the spacer. I put them on myself and hand torqued them. They have been on over a year.

Called AAA and requested a flatbed. With his real jack we were able to get three lug nuts on just enough to get it on the flatbed and run it onto my driveway.
