First of all, I do a tone of research before I start posting and all that fun stuff. I’ve got a 2009 Tacoma prerunner. I absolutely love the truck. Only had it a couple months. I’ve already replaced the shocks with bilsteins 5100s and set them for 2.5” lift. Just a 1.5” block in the rear. (Budget build) I also installed 265/75/16 Toyo open a/t (drive pretty much nothing but highway) Most off-roading I do is gravel roads lol. And the Hooke Road roof rack. I will be installing Sendel S38 locker wheels this week.
I can’t decide if I want to get the eBay off road bumpers (I absolutely love the look of the off-road bumpers) OR the Maxtrac knuckles and then paint my rear bumper? What do you guys think?DCE0960E-27BE-4E29-96BF-C87538246F51.jpgD71C30E0-61FB-415F-9ED9-1E1E0FDDED3A.jpgECC321BB-0678-442A-98FE-2227E1668F83.jpg

I wouldn’t make it to the end of my street without getting pulled over for that dark tint...understandably.

It’s highly illegal but most cops don’t care about tint in Indy. Hell, the other owner is a police officer.

Did you tint the front windshield?

I did a Accord windshield once with 35% looked great and kept the car cool. Driving at night was a bit crappy though.

I ended up buying a camper shell to install for now instead of the bumpers.

That's cool, throw some pictures up when you get it installed.

Nothing wrong with keeping your stuff dry.

What the hell are ebay bumpers? Ebay is not a manufacturer, it is a auction / sales site where manufacturers sell stuff. Kinda like saying:

"What kind of tires should I buy?"

"Get some Tirerack tires..." or "Get some Walmart tires"

So, what brand of bumpers are you considering?

Like legit eBay bumpers. I refer them that way because there’s a full thread of eBay bumpers on TW. 7E743A60-085B-4D41-8298-1FDBA4E03089.jpg
