    when I was living there the Concealed carry law was you couldnt shoot someone if they were stealing during daylight hours...but if it was after dark you could. TX changed it to you could shoot someone stealing period...day or night.

    For a while about 15 years ago, rustling was actually a problem at the big ranches down south. So...they hired former military snipers.

    Problem stopped after 4 bodies.
