Before I got married I was seriously toying with the idea of just living out of my RTT for a year or so and save up a bunch of money to put toward a house. With how expensive rent is here you could easily do that in a year of saving on monthly rent cost. When I told my wife that when we first met I think she had some reservations about me for a little bit haha. But man think of that $$$$ you'd save in just a year. One thing putting an end to that idea was my cat, wouldn't be fair to him to keep him in a tent all the time.

I have a 24 Hour Fitness membership to any of them in the US so I could shower easily, cook with my camping supplies...basically live like a hobo and go from the streets to home ownership. What could possibly go wrong

Come further west to CA and I'll show you 3 places that have much better burgers (In N Out is not one of them). I remember Whataburger from when I lived there, it's good but believe me there are better

There's a new burger franchise called Mooyah out here and I just had them for the first time a couple months ago, hands down the best I've had in awhile. Stouts and Umami are also in the top three, dunno if they exist elsewhere but there are several locations here.

All I have in NC is wendys, bk, mcdonalds, hardees etc. Freddys steakburgers are starting to come out that way, those are pretty good. And theres a Habit place opening up a few towns over. Also a Culvers in Charlotte, that place is really good too.

We have the Habit out here, I go there sometimes cause it's close to work. A lot of people say it's one of the best but meh...I don't really think so. It's good though. They offer toasted sourdough as a bread option and it's a lot better that way imo

huh I didn't know they were headquartered in TX, interesting. I love that place, the seasoning and way they grill the burgers is hands down my favorite so far. They get the burger meat seared and a little crispy on the outside but still medium - medium rare on the inside...most fast food places don't do that. Goddamnit now I have to go there for lunch and it's going to put me in a coma

I had dogs growing up too and really do want one eventually, actually my wife is really pushing for it lately. But she had 2 cats when we met so with mine we have 3.....three cats in a relatively small house with a baby on the way, I just can't bring a dog into the mix right now lol. We both want a bigger dog and it'll be a freaking zoo in our house.

Fucking social security scam called me again, this time from a Louisiana phone number (I blocked all NYC calls because that's what they were doing last week).

This time I listened through the message and pressed 1 to be connected so I could yell at someone, some dude in India (presumably by the accent) immediately tells me to verify my social security # so they can make sure they have it correctly. Told him to fuck off and take me off his list and they hung up. I should have had more fun with him but man this is pissing me off. I get several of these a day
