Not to say it isnt worth that, just not to me. I paid $200 for my last replacement tailgate; colormatched, no camera.
I do love the reference though Haha

Since the birth of our daughter I have not given any focus on the truck. Nearly 3 years later, I'm ready to fix the damage I did to it.
All my funds are going to build our house, family vacations, building a project car (long ways from finished), and reassembling the car that my father-in-law gave me; 04 SL55 AMG.

The M113k is an awesome motor. Tune and pulley with some good tires and you're running low 11s in a heavy luxury car. I miss my old C55 every once in a while.

Hey! Cleaning the garage (in Seattle) and have a set of tire chains that were mistakenly sold to me, never used, and I waited too long for the return. They are designed for a 305/55r18....weird wide and short size, but might fit a taller tire with smaller rim? Any interest? Basically just don’t want to throw them in the trash

I love driving the car. My father-in-law bought it new in 2004 and it still only has 46k miles on it (I did 2k of that this last summer). His son took the car for 2 years and destroyed it. Broken windshield, broken and repaired rear windown, broken and repaired driver windows, broken taillight leading to 1" of standing water that made the vaccum pump locking mechanism fail ($1,000 part alone), moldy interior, broken cupholder which drained soda into the climate control system below it, damaged front bumper (probably rear ended someone), failing suspension system ($10k to replace the whole OEM system), chipped up wheels, etc.
I've fixed everything so far but the auto-ride air over hydraulic suspension system finally failed a week ago. I plan on replacing the one-of-a-kind suspension that they used on that body (ALWAYS FAILS) with a street type coilover system... when I have the funds.

I don't want to start any type of false panic, but a few of my LED's in each light have crapped out. I contacted Stew and he said to ship them back and he'll repair them. So, I just need some temp lights for the downtime.

Yeah, the ABC costs a fortune and doesn't last. Most folks seem to be happy with KW coilovers. Black with the red interior is what I always wanted with an SL55.

Any interest in 2019 OR takeoffs with a little over 3300 miles on them? I would like to get $600 for wheels/tires/TPMS and $150 for shocks/struts.
