$40 isnt that bad for the yard you have. I used to charge people about $50 for about an acre in tn and it wouldve been a lot more if it was an actual job with my own mower/equipment and not just my dads stuff.

But i agree, I ain't paying that when I can do it myself.

 

As long as you meet your rental agreement requirements then fuckem. Talk with the LandLord as long as you are filling the requirements they set forth you are fine. Will it be the neighbors ideal of yard maintenance probably not be you do what is required. The down side is if you don’t pass icy the neighbors they will continue to be whinny bitches until your land lord gets tired of it and doesn’t renew your lease

 

Check out the area south of Flagpole. There is Todd lake and Elkhorn lake. They are both normally somewhat accessible from flagpole down briery branch road or the easy road down flagpole but I want to say the road that connects them is closed for construction. Off briery branch take Tillman or Tilghman, it’s spelled different on google. That road is usually a nice gravel road with some cool views through logging areas...at least the last time I was there 3 or 4 years ago

Unfortunately I never made it to the "original" site, and will kick myself forever, Many of the mementos from the original site are now on display at the Visitor center.

See how much it would cost to get a landscape company or somebody to come weed the flower beds. I do my own but I don’t have an hoa or landlord to contend with if my neighbors don’t like it fuck them they can look the other way

Probably. I work at Prince Michel now and go to C’ville a couple times a week to see my Father in law
