Great pics Breezy love the 3 wheelen fj. Deeds the stucks look very familiar I think I've seen it before. Pinstripes should be real good because I have a headlight with pinstripes. Hopping the rain would get a little off in the gravel before I take the hose to it in the driveway. Hey rdpoe where did you score the traction pads

Shoot, that is all we (mainly I) needed to have...some MaxTrax or the like. Just toss one down and hit it.

They should arrive today or tomorrow and I can give an initial “review” but I got them from Amazon. There are 1.2 zillion choices for traction pads, most being an unabashed rip off of Maxtrax.

I went with the well known and reputable “Firebug” brand (engage sarcasm detectors).

FIREBUG Recovery Track Recovery Traction Mats for Off-Road Mud, Sand, Snow Vehicle Extraction (Set of 2), Orange https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RXVLGVD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UwRuDbKA8GHD2

The pictures clearly show replaceable lugs which is a really interesting feature especially at this price point...

My maxtrax clipped a telephone pole as I went in for the tree in the accident. The trax table got mangled, the habitat damaged, the max trax ripped bark off the telephone pole as a few lugs bent slightly. LOL. Max trax are beasts. Hope the Firebugs work just as well. I agree the price of the maxtrax is high, but I've never heard of them getting destroyed other than tire spin wearing lugs.

My vote is that you really put that 1 year warranty to the test.

If you need to test them, then better give them to someone else to try, like Cody. Ryan's driving has been pretty solid.

Living vicariously through you all while home with the wife. She has a Kidney infection so it was a pretty lazy weekend, but I did do a bunch of work organizing my garage.

I’ve gotten so many compliments on my wheels and people asking what I painted them with. I need to find this color in a can I guess and make it permanent
