Family camping trip just a few days ago, along with my brother in law (who got me in to getting a Taco). First time driving my truck in 4h30min drive. Did it in 1 full tank!

Driving 4.5 hrs to a cabin in the woods is family Glamping! This is the camping thread. Everyone here roughs it in their $3000 RTT, backup generators, slide-out stoves, sinks, etc. :D

This is a pretty crappy photo, but this was on my road trip out west and back. Camped out north of the Grand Canyon in the Kaibab National Forest. It was early March and I was the only one around for miles, completely alone, it was awesome haha. Cooked pork chops and slept in the back of my truck, then packed up in the morning to head to the Grand Canyon.

My kind of place. I watch North Woods Law every chance I get and wish I lived up in the northern part of Maine.

How was the access road to get up there? I go to Valemount once or twice a year and would love to go check this out.

Anything that should worry somebody on stock ride height?

Photos are above Bodie CA at 9500’, and I hate bins! So I built this kitchen drawer myself that I pull out from my 2018 DCSB. In the same way RTT changed camping for me this drawer has done the same for set up. Btw Overland Bound did a walk around of my kitchen drawer and the response has been amazing. I’m considering starting a company to produce these, if you think they would be something you might be interested in let me know on the website. To be clear I’m not selling anything yet, just gathering feedback from people still at www.PullKitchen.com. I’m just a random guy who loves his truck and off-roading DA546E4A-6F6F-43A8-BC96-DBE45F45884D.jpg600BD189-A158-46AC-9E35-F9FBBBD2AF2E.jpg23123DE5-2CFA-4089-AE5A-8FCB36F59113.jpg83BAD06A-AB8D-45C2-BF6C-622A598577AE.jpg
