I’ve seen a few compare him to AJ Green. Big shoes to fill. Hope he does and exceeds them.

 

Bama getting hit hard with the injury bug.

 

hate to see it. they'll still be fine as far as the season goes, but even as much as I hate Bama I hate seeing any of the kids get injured. especially the later in school ones like that linebacker.

 

Yeah, that really sucks...His NFL career potentially just got a lot harder, if not erased.

This. I hope certain teams lose and lose big but preferably without injury. Not sure how some people root for others to be injured or taken out of the game.

Nebraska vs Georgia in the Gator Bowl, when Aaron Murray was out due to injury (i think it was) My cousin saw him at a restaurant. Told him good luck in the draft and glad he wasn't playing. he just chuckled, shook his hand and said thanks. No ill intent, just didn't want to get blown out

 

Joseph Ngata (freshman WR) at Clemson is said to be more advanced, ready and better than Justyn Ross was this time last year and Tee Higgins the year before. Watch out! #WRU doing WRU things!

as of late though... I'd say Clemson is doing pretty damn good though.

Of course, very subjective.. But hard to argue Clemson being WRU of late... And as mentioned, here are a few excerpts from that article:

DeAndre Hopkins, Sammy Watkins, Adam Humphries, and Martavis Bryant have all produced at times, representing Clemson. It’s still crazy that all four were on the same 2012 Clemson roster.

Clemson may not have three of the top 13 in the Rotoviz Devy Rankings, but they might end up with four. Tee Higgins and Justyn Ross are both top nine according to our team. Both are likely locked for top end draft capital already. But Clemson also just added top rated true freshman Joe Ngata and Frank Ladson. Ngata is 6 feet 4 inches and already up to 215 pounds. He should be able to win outside right away. Ladson is a little scrawny right now, but may already be the best route runner of the bunch.

What's not mentioned above is the other WR's in the NFL by Clemson too... Deon Cain (torn ACL last year and likely starter this for year for the Colts), Mike Williams (starter on the LAC), Artavis Scott, Jaron Brown and Ray Ray McCloud.

 

for sure. stats can be skewed in anyway. Subjective selection to support arguments keeps this thread interesting though. Like Bama claiming titles... Just to stir that pot...

Still kind of disappointed in Watkins thus far. He's far from done and I think he'll still do some amazing things. And Hopkins... Beast.
