    Sweet.. Not surprised. The brewpub always had 15-20 in house beers on tap that were pretty good. If you ever make it to CHS, definitely eat Edmunds Oast.

    At least you get an hourly to take the complaining :)

    I had to dremel off a bonnet nut yesterday because hers was mineralized on behind her shower cartridge and the only store to stock them in town closed while I was looking for it at Lowes and Home Depot.

    Def had a drink before she got home yesterday in anticipation of ‘why can’t we turn the water back on.’ Luckily, she had a few too and went straight to bed haha

    Curious how many investors they must have in that building. From what I’ve heard is some of the top brewers are over there and or working on setup. Seems like a lot of salaries to float for a longggg time now.

    Just bottled my Nut Brown. This was my first all grain brew and I’m afraid I oxidized the hell out of it due to a small tear in the seal on my auto siphon. Lots of air bubbles when going to the bottling bucket.

    Ah, it will still be beer and the sample I had before bottling tasted great!
