20190813_104851.jpg Can anyone tell me what these sensors are and if there known to leak iv cleaned the head around them several times so I know it's not just residue collecting, no codes are being thrown and it seems to run fine

Toyota will claim normal seepage. Has to have a visible drip to be considered a leak from what most Toyota dealers say now. BTW those are the camshaft solenoids for the adjusters. Should have o-rings on them.

Oil control solenoids. Very common for them to weep a little. Nothing to be concerned with. If it starts actively dripping, then it's time to replace the o-ring.

FWIW they are extremely easy to fix yourself if you decide to go down that path.

I would think so. Mine were replaced during in warranty timing chain cover reseal. Still dry after 15K miles after repair.
