They are awesome all around, all seasons and terrain. Just buy the SL and not the E rated tires and mpg will be fine.

Side bar to the current ongoing convos. Now through the 25th, Bass Pro has Plano All Weather Gun Cases on sale . Single is 85, double is 150, if anyone is in need of that style case for a roof/bed rack. Has rollers, looks to be lockable. Not really sure how that would compare to the new Vault line from Pelican on price, but may be worth looking in to for someone.

That was a reenlistment that went very very bad, for that member and the officer. Was supposed to be a photo for her kids, but the cameraman put the video on the internet, and it ended up costing both of those members their jobs.

I definitely DID NOT do anything of the sort.

I’m possibly doing rim rocker trail in September with @Cav_BluTRD

Alaska trip is still early planning. Aside from well... I bought a truck for it. I want to head to prudhoe bay, aside from that I’m probably winging most of it.

3 week min for an alaska trip, a good 2 days drive.( could make several stops on the way there instead of spending the full 3-4 weeks there... just a thought)

That’s my thought. First 2-3 days would be heading to banff, then a few days across BC & Yukon. Eventually end up in Fairbanks then head north. I would come back a different route, like down the coast and through Vancouver.

I tend to head in a general direction and then figure stuff out on the fly. If it takes more days, I don’t really care. I’m not gonna cut it short just to rush back to work..
