Went to keg my Munich Helles only to find out I don't have a free keg. Too many half kegs of old beer I didn't finish but didn't want to dump...so...time to dump some.

Sampled my half batch of passion fruit sour and decided it was time to keg it

That's awesome! Red Rocks is on my bucket list for venues. I was up in Denver last year when Dave Matthews was in town but he played at Fiddlers green instead.

Going to see Joe Bonamassa in March when he comes to my city.

 

Red Rocks is definitely one of a kind. This was the 3rd time I've seen him play Red Rocks and he put on a great show, as he always does.

Yep, it only "taps" the bottle/can you place inside it... with coolpacks and batteries... because you can't pour worth a shit!
(HINT: if you're that bad... just drink from the bottle/can... no one will care/notice, and it's cheaper!)

Hanging out in Banff for 5 days so having some local beer, Head Smashed IPA

 

I drove through Banff earlier today.
That place is great!

 

Awesome brewery, with some incredible offerings....did ya get to Fort MacLeod and the Head Smashed In heritage site?

And if you are in Banff, its worth a trip north to Jasper...less tourist buses and more wildlife.

 

I’m just a local dumbass beer drinker so anything I’ve heard is all hear say from beer tenders or other local dumbasses so I’d rather not be someone spreading rumors if you know what I mean.

My regular favourite....but they now come in tall boys.. YAY!

Surprised it took them so long, considering their predominant customer base (Rednecks) and where they are from (The Cariboo, Canada's answer to the backwoods of Alabama, the bayous of Louisiana and Rabun County, Georgia)

In The Great White North, technological advances saw Tallboys replace Stubbie bottles some decades back as the Redneck road rocket of choice; this was cause for celebration given that the cans could be squeezed into the inside door handles on elderly F150s, while bottles had to be held betwixt your legs, which meant your beer got warm. There was also the unspoken ~ but clearly understood ~ correlation between one's beer container and an unmentionable body part. Nobody like having a stubble
