    $xxx obo. Will travel a little bit to help facilitate sale.

    I have a 3 year old Iguana (out of ATL) brand RTT up for sale. Used maybe a dozen times. No issues, everything operates. Also has a zip on annex that i never used. I think it was listed as a 3 person tent, that would be tight. 2 people easy, or camp like a king and have it all to yourself and stretch out. Doublewide sleeping bag fits with extra room on both sides. Has a small battery operated led strip light inside. Has a decent foam mattress, it is firm but good. No condensation mat. Has been aired out after each trip. It is 48” x 56” x 12” stowed dimensions. (Not counting the bump on top for the ladder)
