I wanted an Access cab but none were built with sunroofs or pro packages so I had to settle with the crew-cab.

Love mine, good luck with your search.

The AC isn't hard to find, but AC + MT is impossible in the US - they sell that configuration in Canada but not the US. I really wanted an AC for the same reasons as you - no passengers, long bed, not a limo - but ended up giving up and going with the AT for the first time in my adult life.

I'm curious (asking because I honestly don't know.) Is 13.2 inches really that noticeable? I've been going back and forth between the full size bed and short on the double cab for some time now and I kept telling myself a foot can't --really-- make much of a difference.... but does it actually, in how it drives/turns?

it did for me. I took heaps of shit about it but, yeah the extra foot of wheelbase does make a big difference.

Currently running Goodyear DuraTracs with "ghetto" wheels
There were 10-11 AC MTs V6s in Northern CA last spring. Only 2 were in Cement and I think a few in Calvary blue and Quicksand. Maybe one in Barcelona red. Rest were Super White, silver, MGM or black.

Currently there are 9 in the latter colors.

Why do some users sign their posts? You have a user name and the ability to put your name in your little bio that tops each post...why?:annoyed::stayontopic: Sorry,

I do prefer the look of the access cab mainly because it has more of a truck look but There's nothing wrong with the double cab.
