    Thanks everyone , Just got the confirmation transaction pending via pay pal. I think the issue is solved.
    so from my part thank you.
    In the army after a field exercise or ops , we had to send a sitrap ( situation report) to the HQ after each day just to say how the day went etc, and the last question on the sitrap was. Lessons Learned... It could be any thing from don't drink the water etc. So my lesson learned was... receive goods first before shipping,
