For adjusting preload or for rebuilding them?

shit I shoulda thrown in my icon spanner to test. I've got a twisted up 1/8" flat stock one, or the actual cast one you can use a high lift handle on the end of it if you need the leverage. I'd try to get it set higher than you think on a bench and work down from there. It's easier to take preload away vs add it once installed in the truck I've found.

Any idea what other guys are preloading at with similar weight up front and aclb? 700# coils are a mofo when you get towards max suggested preload.

Should paint your caliper while you're in there, maybe that's just me tho.

No idea, people have been happy with the out of the box setting and with how smooth they are i cant Blame them. They are sitting lower than my OME setup i had though

Are they going to settle like OME does? then you'll be even lower

From when i took it off the lift, and the quick drive around the farm it’s already settled quite a bit. I’ll definitely be adding some preload in the future

Jack up the front end to take the weight off, then adjust preload. At some point for stiffer springs you may need to use spring compressors too or risk cross threading the adjustment collar

They’re 700lb coils. I adjusted they at lunch, I’ll probably do it again next week depending on how much they settle
