I don't make predictions, and I'm going to be nice up until the game lol....but you best believe when LSU wins I'm going to roast your ass!

 

Its funny because, even though Oklahoma is the better team right now....


If Texas loses to LSU, the entire conference loses....lol.


There will be a collective sigh, and rush of air leaving the lungs of the b12.

 

Truth.

It would be soul crushing for the Big12 as a whole I think. That’s why I want it to be an absolute blowout lol. I think it’ll be a great game though.

 

Then, Oklahoma will have to carry the entire conference......until about mid season when some other teams show some semblance of success.

 

I suppose its the same for the SEC West though....


If LSU loses, the west division will look to Alabama to carry it. Although, I'd expect LSU not only to win, but in the case that they lose, I'd also expect them to bounce back quickly and run the table until they meet Alabama. Then who knows what can happen.

 

it's pretty much the same story everywhere, nobody really has more than 1 or 2 teams that can carry the torch the whole way.

 

Everything about Auburn has been quiet, which is a tad concerning because that is usually when they are sneaky good.

Malzahn must be keeping shit quiet in case it doesnt work out. Doesnt want the hype train to end his coaching career at Auburn. (Even though I suspect his seat is quite warm no matter what.)

 

That's just one division though. Alabama and LSU from just the WEST.

Auburn is quiet like I said and I dont really have a take on them. They will probably throw a wrench in the season for a couple teams. (at least they make it interesting....lol. They better beat Oregon.)
Miss St....will probably win a game or two that they shouldnt, and lose a game or two that they shouldnt.
Ole Miss will Ole Miss. Compete hard in games they should get blown out in and look better than they really are...
aTm...well, who knows really what Jimbo can accomplish
Arky...um....Lets hope they finish better than Vandy

The east at least has UGA too....lol.


3 legitimate teams to compete for post season play. Plus, we dont know what Jimbo is going to produce with aTm. That could pop off quickly. (doubt it, but....you never know with him.)

UK has been steadily improving in the east, although I dont think they are ever going to quite be there to compete with the UGA monster.
I expect Pruitt to have a little bit more success this year at UT, but nothing to worry about.
USCe is going to continue to suck as long as Clemson is Clemson and Dabo is there.
UF is hit by the injury bug, but picked up a decent transfer. Still not enough to bring them to national relevance for the next couple of years.
Misery....well....the Big12 can have them back...lol.
Vandy...I really only care that they beat UT ever year. Kind of a rivalry thing, and as a Bama fan....its always fun to see UT lose games they shouldnt.

I got banned from one Auburn Forum for NOT being a Gus fan. He will have only himself to blame this year as he has stated that He will be calling all the plays in each game...............FUCK GUS..................WAR EAGLE!!!

 

I'm really not sure why he was so highly regarded to begin with. He was a high school coach that was a little different. That's all.

Got lucky with Cam Newton. (lucky he didnt get busted for that $180k payment) He's been riding that Cam era this whole time.

 

@Roll Tide , I agree but now as we all know Auburn is in to deep to buy Gus out so shame on them for that. Being a Auburn fan since 1974 I have to say it's been a roller coster ride but that is the SEC.

Well according to many of the tv announcers they were proclaiming Texas’ qb as the second coming of Tebow with all of the comparisons.

 

I saw a ranking by a local sports pub that had Sammi as being better than Jaylen. Never mind Jaylen has played at a championship caliber for years and transferred because Sagan is can’t fall out of love with Tua, even if that dude did get exposed at a high level last year.

 

I'm not denying the exposure, but will you please detail and clarify.
