What size and type of tires, AT or MT? I would recommend taking it to a tire shop that has a road force balancer.

If you feel it most of the time it's most likely not brake related. Check your u joints and carrier bearing. If you feel it in the wheel, its front suspension, but if you feel it in the seat its drivetrain related.

Not discrediting the knowledge of the shop but you shouldn't have to come back 3 times for the same issue. The profile info of your truck with the small front leveling lift should not create the issues you are dealing with. They should at least be able to narrow it down to likely a out of round tire or wheel that's causing your issue. If your alignment is within specs, I highly recommend having the tires road forced balanced which I doubt your current shop is able to do. Driving long term with vibes is not only annoying but will wear other suspension parts faster.

That's good. A knowledgeable shop should be able to pinpoint the issue. Make sure to go on a test drive with the tech before you leave the shop to confirm that the issue is fixed.

I get 18 combined. Only lasts 300-400 miles and fillups are nearly $50 on premium
