Were you going to put them all on the pellet grill? Their website sez to not completely replace with GGs on a pellet grill. It may screw up the air flow.

No. I only run that pit to 350* at most. It's for the Kettles and Gasser. Not even replacements, just availability. Wasn't sure how many I wanted so I just grabbed 6 :D

When in doubt... buy em all

I tried for the 19" grates but although they were recommended items when I followed the link they were gone. I can make do with the 16" since I'll just lay them on the existing grates.

I have the custom cut GG for the 18" Jumbo Joe, 22" Kettle and full replacement set for the Genesis. I read the email late and by the time I got there they were sold out. Figured I'd grab a couple for when I rent a cabin and they have a grill. Always of questionable quality. In fact I purchased a third 22" kettle to carry with me because of that. But still wish that I would had been able to jump on those!

It's been a while since I've shared here.

I picked up a tri-tip at a decent price and smoked it with hickory. Came out excellent, though I didn't let it rest long enough - couldn't wait to devour it!

Fictional wifi is temperamental at those temps :bananadead:

But I just keep that pit as a smoker mostly. Don't want to cook off all the flavor in the pit! Takes a long time to properly season.

Do the next in cast iron and all will be forgiven. You should also say 10 hail smokers.
