Oh I feel that frustration, one trip and the entire back seat and carpet is covered in hair

Damn, you just missed a bunch of them on sale on Woot.com earlier this week.


Honestly at the $200(?) price point I have really enjoyed it. I have the eufy RoboVac 12. part of what pushed me away from Roomba was its need for wifi connectivity and its capability of creating a map of your floorplan which is stored in the cloud (yeah tin foil time, I work in tech and don't trust anyone with any data collection due to the potential for misuse/leaks ).

In comparison the eufy is relatively dumb and has a couple modes. Instead of creating a smart map it runs in a random pattern for an hour or so before returning home to its dock. I think there are a couple other modes where you can have it clean around the baseboards and then spiral around til it reaches the center of the room but I just set a clock and it runs every day at the same time.

You can also use the remote to control it like an RC car lol.

The amount of dust/dander/hair that it collects is equal parts disgusting and impressive given its size. I do have to clean the brush and empty the dust bin every couple days, which is annoying but also kind of reassuring because I can see that it is still earning its keep.

The dogs are apprehensive towards it but they aren't particularly scared of it either. They just make sure to move when it gets close.


I plan on eventually buying another to keep my basement cleaner too

 

Have heard good things from another friend about Eufy as well.

 

Always wanted to take up Nude Yoga, pretty sure I can glory hole the neighbors into selling cheap (or burning their place down)!

Needs a ton of work (total gut job) but loving the boat house and lift.

Honestly i have a roomba its a pain in the ass always getting stuck. Thought about selling mine and just getting a shop vac

My blue heeler Maggie just had a cancerous tumor removed last Friday. Surgery went well and now we’re just waiting on the pathology results.

We have the Shark Ion and are pretty happy with it. We only have hardwood floors and does a good job with the dog hair. My only complaint is wishing it had a larger dump tray but I think it’s on par with the other vacuums.

Anybody else running Cooper STT Pros getting weird wear? Just had them rotated and Discount told me I was getting some feathering on the ones that were in the front. Alignment is good, rotated every 5K, PSI running 35 in front, 30 out back. Now that they’re on the back, the vibration is driving me crazy. Noticed the vibes while they were on the front, but didn’t think much of it since they’re an aggressive tire. Noticed the wear, but it didn’t look overly bad. They told me it’s normal on IFS trucks and I was pretty much SOL. If so, it’s on me for not doing something about it sooner. Not my first set of aggressive tires either. Ran Toyo MT’s on my last Taco, my 4Runner and my Ram. Not a bitch session, just getting opinions/ideas from others with this tire. I drove to Denver and back today and wanted to shoot myself by the time I got home from the vibration. 20K on the tires, btw. Here’s a pic if it helps.

Edit: not lifted, stock TRD OR suspension.

 

I dunno... looks pretty damn good compared to the Duracrocs I finally took off my 1st gen DC.
