Black Bear was only open from the silverton side, maybe it will be fully open when y’all go. Cinnamon pass Was also Temporarily closed between Grizzly Gulch and Sherman due to mudslide.

 

I mean, might be coincidence, but a guy was all over FB groups lately trying to raffle off Baja Designs lights... pretty sure he wanted more in ticket money than they actually cost (new) as well. Oh well, he gone now lol

 

Yeah there were a few dirt bikers that were being pricks, passing people on the inside and outside edge.

 

If they want to pass on the outside and let Darwanism do it's things nbd but yeah passing on the inside is a dick thing to do. I do always try and pull over tho 'cause ik what it's like on the other side (used to ride before I could drive)

I have a buddy who did an Ouray trip with his coworkers a few weeks ago. They go every year. They rent a house and day trip from there. They go out for a camp out once or twice while there, but he’s always got great stories. I’m trying to weasel my way into that deal... No dice as of yet.

 

Keep working at it. It's one of those lifetime amazing trips kinda place.
