First time I’ve seen a new USDM Ranger, it was parked at the Yosemite Valley Base Camp.



Here is a Philippines spec Ranger I saw last year to compare:



They’re pretty much identical except the taillights and the exemption of the factory “rollbar”

Everyone owns a Gladiator, Raptor or a 3rd Gen here.

 

i have yet to see a gladiator on the street here. our chrysler dealer did have to replace the engine in one off the truck though

 

A brand new Gladiator, why?

 

I've yet to see a Ranger around here in LA...only seen 2 Gladiators around here so far. But I do see Raptors a lot. And of course every other truck I see is a 3rd gen Tacoma

 

blue smoke after it went for a test drive on the PDI. when they tore the engine down it had a cracked ring landing

 

I see the Gladiator plenty, they’re not bad looking trucks. Nice to see Jeep making another truck since the Comanche.

I'll go on record and say that I actually like the pics of Gladiators I've seen online that are lifted with bigger aggressive tires and good wheels. I feel like most auto manufacturers today go for that bloated rounded look and it's nice that Jeep designed a truck that actually looks a bit rugged and meant for the trails. But...I still would never buy a modern day Jeep.

Most modern trucks have that style of slider window. The Escalade has it too.

The most American truck you can buy is the Tacoma, if you’re lucky it’s made at San Antonio and not TMMBC.
